Nevermind, the Dark Irish Soda Bread passes muster

I just had another slice, now that it's cool, and it tastes WAY more like soda bread. Before, it really tasted more like rye bread, but cool the sweetness comes out a bit more and it firms up. So, make sure you let your bread cool completely!
